Need parts?  Most folks need to replace the cylinder over time.  If you need one just contact your local plastics supply company and ask them for a price on a 1/8" wall clear acrylic seamless cylinder.  The 5 gallon pumps use a 12" X 16" and the 10 gallons use a 12" X 24".
